A California native, Nate was raised with a passion for the outdoors. His father raised him to appreciate nature at a young age, with their time spent fishing, and going on backpacking trips through the Sierras, always with lessons in survival and self-reliance. Growing up, he spent his summers on the ranch in the Santa Cruz Mountains, and when not tending to ranch duties, he found himself in pursuit of upland game, and feral hogs, and fishing in the ranch ponds. 

Nate is a veteran of the industry, holding director level positions with market leading brands. He has over 15 years of industry experience and brings his own set of knowledge to the team. Gradually moving north over the years, he now resides in Portland Oregon with his wife and two children, where they enjoy all the great Pacific Northwest has to offer.
