John’s outdoor career started at age 21, when he started professionally guiding waterfowl hunters to help pay for gear and to help with Christmas for his family. That led him to a stint on the masters goose calling circuit, and earned  him several calling titles that includes an international goose championship in Canada. Hard work blossomed into a full-time  hunting position with a major call company back in 1998 and John has been in the hunting & Shooting industry full time ever since, his passion for the outdoors has only grown stronger.

John’s love for the outdoors has taken him all over the country hunting everything from elk and bears to deer and ducks, but sharing his time in the outdoors with his son Brandon, is the ultimate reward in life for John. To this day, John still loses sleep in anticipation for the next hunting adventure that he and Brandon will get to share.
